They were also very tidy and always used dust sheets and hovered at the end of the day. There was always good communication and if I had any concerns these were sorted very quickly. He was always quick to respond to our questions, even the most trivial ones. The architects Mark uses produced drawings quickly and Mark dealt directly with the planning department at the council. Once the work started on our loft, Mark and his team took great care to ensure that there was as little disruption to us as possible. His team worked quickly to complete our loft conversion and new kitchen and finished everything to a high standard. They also stepped in and repaired bits around the house for us as they went. The team are very amenable and worked extremely hard to bring the project in earlier than scheduled. If Mark needed to speak to us in person, he was prepared to arrive first thing in the morning or after work.
